Our Nursery class have been busy exploring the wonderful world of People Who Help Us and discovering the real life superheroes in our community. From firefighters and police officers to builders, paramedics, teachers and librarians, the children have been learning how these important helpers keep us safe, healthy and happy. Through role play, stories, dressing up and hosting special visitors, the children have asked thoughtful questions, shared their own experiences and developed a growing understanding of the world around them. It has been a joyful topic full of curiosity, kindness and big imaginations as our youngest learners begin to see how we all play a part in helping one another.

Our Nursery class have had a wonderful half term exploring their 'Let's Move!' topic, diving into stories like we're going on a bear hunt, From head to toe, inside outside upside down, and we're going on an egg hunt. Through these playful books, the children have been busy stretching, crawling, jumping, and balancing as they acted out different movements and body positions. From swishing through imaginary grass to copying animal actions, they have developed their coordination, confidence and physical skills while having lots of fun! It's been a joyful, energetic journey full of giggles, imagination, and growing independence in movement.
